Abstract submission

  1. The abstract should be uploaded by 20 January 2025.  

  2. The abstract should be concise and include important objectives, methodology, and results. 

  • Word Count: The abstract should be between 150-250 words.  

  • Figures: Authors can include 1-2 figures to enhance clarity and visualization.  

  • Page Limit: The total content, including text and figures, must fit within one A4 page.  

  • Formatting: Font: TH Sarabun New and size 16pt, Line Spacing: Single 

  • Ensure the abstract is clear, concise, and adheres to the specified format.

Instructions for poster presentation

Now - 31 January 2025​

  1. The dimensions of a poster are 90 cm wide and 100 cm high.  The text and illustrations should be large enough to be read from a distance of one meter (three feet).

    2.  Allocate the top of the poster for the title and authors.

    3. The main body of the poster includes Introduction, Objectives, Methods, Results & Discussion, and Conclusions.

  • Introduction should provide information necessary to understand the study and why it was done.  

  • Objectives or aims of the study, the questions to be asked, or the hypothesis to be tested should be clearly stated in as few words as possible.  

  • Outline your methods briefly. Provide details only for new methods or important modifications of older ones.  

  • Results should be presented as graphs or charts and provide the main point to explain the study. You may also provide an interpretation of the results below each panel.  

  • Discussion should be related to the problem, argument, suggestion or application of your work.  

  • Conclusions and acknowledgement should be concise.  

  • Relevant references should be given. 

Instructions for oral presentation​

  1. The official language of the event is in English for all oral presentations. 

  2. All speakers presenting in sessions are kindly requested to submit their presentations to Crop production technology and innovation’s staff by 6 February 2025, in the afternoon. 

  3. During the registration of the meeting or at least 30 minutes before the start of their session. 

  4. Each presentation will be allocated a 10 minutes slot.  

  5. Actual presentation must not exceed 8 minutes leaving 2 minutes for questions. Presenters are requested to strictly observe the allotted presentation time.  

  6. The session chairperson or staff may use a bell or buzzer to assist in adhering to presentation time.
